What is the return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 14 days after the order is placed. Returns must be in unused and original condition with original packaging. Please submit a return request by emailing shoppetitsol@gmail.com and include your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 48 hours with return instructions. If you choose to use our domestic return label, a $8 fee will be applied to your refund. 

What is the shipping policy?

A flat fee of $6.00 will be added to each order for shipping in the United States. Orders that are shipped to the United States are expected to be delivered between 5 to 8 business days. All orders are processed on business days from Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

For security reasons, we cannot process orders that are requested to be delivered to a P.O. box and/or military address.

 How do I care for my Sol Cocoon?

For best results the Sol Cocoon should be handwashed or washed in a garment bag on gentle & cold cycle and lay flat to dry.

What is the Sol Cocoon made from?

Our Cocoon is made from 50% organic cotton and 50% rayon.
