Frequently Asked Questions

What is the return policy?

Returns will be accepted within 14 days after the order is placed. Returns must be in unused and original condition with original packaging. Please submit a return request by emailing shoppetitsol@gmail.com and include your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 48 hours with return instructions. If you choose to use our domestic return label, a $8fee will be applied to your refund. 

What is the shipping policy?

A flat fee of $6.00 will be added to each order for shipping in the United States. Orders that are shipped to the United States are expected to be delivered between 5 to 8 business days. All orders are processed on business days from Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

For security reasons, we cannot process orders that are requested to be delivered to a P.O. box and/or military address.

 How do I care for my Sol Cocoon?

For best results the Sol Cocoon should be handwashed or washed in a garment bag on gentle & cold cycle and lay flat to dry.

What is the Sol Cocoon made from?

Our Cocoon is made from 50% organic cotton and 50% rayon.
